Please let us know the reason for your return. You may be instructed to repackage the item in it’s original packaging and return it to us at Beverly Bees, 11 Cole St, Beverly, MA 01915. Upon receipt, if due to our error, your item and original and return shipping charges will be refunded. Otherwise, your item cost will be refunded to your credit card, but original and return shipping costs are nonrefundable. We accept returns on items purchased directly from us. For items purchased from one of our resellers, please return the item where you purchased it.
