Local Massachusetts Wildflower Honey micro batched and labelled with the town where the hive was located that the honey was harvested from. Since all our hives are spun separately every batch has a different taste. This is truly local micro batch honey. We will ship you our most recently harvested honey. Honey you receive will vary in color and consistency as every hive’s honey is different. All of our honey is Pure, Raw, Unheated, Unfiltered – just the way nature intended. Since it is unfiltered, it retains all the pollen, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and beneficial enzymes. Since it is never heated, all its natural enzymes remain intact. Heating honey over a certain amount will kill its healthy enzymes. Raw honey naturally crystallizes. Enjoy crystallized honey as is or simply heat gently to bring back to liquid state.
